Here are some of the most amazing things that you must add in your diet to have a healthy and supple skin in the best possible way:


1.Kiwis

Do you know Kiwis are a richer source of vitamin C than oranges? Well, Kiwis are great for your skin, as these are containing a rich amount of this powerful antioxidant that can help zaps free radicals in your skin cells.


As per some studies, these can even help your skin to stay protected against UV damage. Besides this, it also helps in collagen production and making your skin hydrated.
